Booking Policy

1. Reservation should be guaranteed with debit / credit card / prepayment
2. Purchase Orders must be sent 72 hours prior to arrival
3. Cancellation Policy is 48 hrs prior to arrival
4. Failure to conform to cancelation policy within stipulated time frame, will result in
   penalty for the cost as quoted.
5. Check in time from (14h00) and Check out time from (10H00)
6. Please note that the above booking is based on an estimation and may be subject to
   change.
7. KASIMBA reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly should the Government
   change the percentage level of VAT during the duration of this agreement. VAT of 14%
   included in all rates where relevant.

Note
i) All cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our reservations
office.
ii) All refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges

Kasimba reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose deposit/pre-payment is not
received within the timeframe specified above.

For all group bookings, the final room list should be provided 30 days prior to arrival date.
For any late arrivals or early departures, no refunds will be given for meals or services not
taken.
